Between E-Way ATLandscaping and Triship Partners
E-Way ATLandscaping ("Provider") agrees to provide commercial landscaping and grounds maintenance services to Triship Partners ("Client") for the three properties listed above located in Decatur, Georgia. Services include all items specified in Proposal EWA-2026-0622, including but not limited to lawn mowing, edging, bush and hedge trimming, fertilization, weed control, leaf removal, and seasonal cleanup.
Prior to the commencement of recurring bi-weekly service, Provider will perform a one-time Initial Cleanup & Restoration at each property as specified in the pricing schedule above. The combined initial cleanup total is $12,000, invoiced upon scheduling of the first visit.
Following the initial cleanup, Provider will perform bi-weekly maintenance visits at each property per the pricing schedule. Service visits will be scheduled in coordination with Client's on-site management. Provider will make reasonable efforts to maintain consistent scheduling; however, visits may be rescheduled due to inclement weather or other circumstances beyond Provider's control.
Invoices for recurring bi-weekly services are due within 15 days of the service date. The initial cleanup invoice is due within 7 days of scheduling. Overdue balances are subject to a 1.5% monthly late fee. Client agrees to maintain a valid payment method on file. Provider reserves the right to suspend service for accounts more than 30 days past due.
The pricing for UpHill Flats reflects a multi-property bundle discount applied as a result of Client's agreement to service all three properties under this single agreement. Should Client terminate service at any one property, Provider reserves the right to reprice the remaining properties at standard rates.
This agreement commences upon signing and continues on a month-to-month basis. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Client is responsible for payment of all services rendered prior to the termination date. Provider may terminate immediately for non-payment or breach of agreement.
Client agrees to provide Provider with reasonable access to all property areas required to perform the agreed services. Client is responsible for ensuring that irrigation systems, underground utilities, and other hazards are clearly marked. Provider is not liable for damage to unmarked utilities or structures.
E-Way ATLandscaping carries general liability insurance and is fully bonded and insured. Provider is not liable for pre-existing property conditions, acts of nature, or damage caused by third parties. Client agrees to notify Provider of any concerns within 48 hours of a service visit.
This agreement, together with Proposal EWA-2026-0622, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, representations, or agreements. Modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
By signing below, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement and in Proposal EWA-2026-0622.
